I liked the process of check in, it was so quick and most of all we were given a double bedroom appartment instead of one bedroom which I had already booked. Besides, we asked for late check out and the hotel staff kindly accepted that and we stayed till 4:00pm. I also would like to show a great gratitude to the Chef who used to call daily in the morning to aske what we would like to have for breakfast. Great thanks to all.

This hotel was an incredible value for the money. Rooms were new, clean, and spotless. There is a kitchenette and living room in the single I stayed at, which would be brilliant for longer stays. It's easy to find off the road near the Grand Mosque, and it's pretty quiet. It also included a simple hot breakfast. I'll definitely be staying here again!
The man who delivered the room-service entered the apartment and proceeded to make a phone call to the front desk about a question from our phone. I thought that was a bit distasteful at 6:30 in the morning without asking first.

I have been using the apartments on a semi-regular basis and overall am satisfied with the apartments. Location is good and overall it is good quality for money.
The internet service has a good download speed but frequently broke down and necessitated calls to reception to reboot the system. Sitting on the sofa I was being bitten by what I presumed to be mosquitoes... however, I later captured one of the critters: bed-bugs. Hotel staff were informed. It would be useful to have washing up detergent and dish brush/ cloth in the kitchen.
